MY REVIEW:
I’d not read a good shifter or paranormal book in long time, so when I saw the blurb for this one- I knew I had to read it! I was so glad I did!! While it was my first experience with a Lorelei Moone Book, I can definitely say that if the rest are this good, it will not be my last.
Broc and Kelly were amazing! Perfectly matched, even though at the beginning we would’ve thought that poor Kelly was headed for a grim future on the Black Isle, given the description that Moone gave. However, after meeting Broc- the King of such Isle- it was clear that he was only doing what was best for his people. It just so happened that he was finding his own true love in the process.
As I mentioned above- Broc and Kelly couldn’t have been more perfectly matched, even given the unexpected events that occurred during their “courtship”. Even with people trying to tear them apart, they remained stronger together, and stayed true to their love- coming out with an even more concrete bond in the end.
I highly recommend this one to any shifter lover, and even if you aren’t- pick this one up and you may become one!
