MY REVIEW:

Seanshine, Seanshine, Seanshine- oh, how I do love me some Seanshine. This man. What a complicated specimen he is. A hopeless romantic at heart- always wearing said heart on his sleeve, only to, more often than not, have it broken. Well, that just didn't jive for me. I needed this amazing piece of man meat to have his happiness. Finally. I thought that had happened with Tommy Tom's sister, Ellen. Alas, fate had other plans, in the form of Ellen's heart being led in another direction. 
Enter Naomi, Sean's newest partner on the medic crew, and recently nursing her own jilted love heartbreak. You'd think the two would be a recipe for disaster, right? Wrong, oh so totally wrong. Although Naomi has had MORE than her fair share of suckage recently, and trust me- the girl has been through it- I mean, really- she is still the perfect woman to keep Sean on his toes. The one chick to grab his attention and keep him hanging so soon after he had love implode on him.
These two are hilarious together. Honestly, this book just might be the funniest one in the series yet, if you ask me. Hello, Squatty Potty!! Not that we could really expect anything less from Sean's book, but really- it was awesome. That said, the man could get stone serious in a hot minute, and plenty of that showed as well. Like a ton. And I loved it. He was just as fierce as any other of Lani's men, even if he was a total goofball as well.
Lani did Sean and Naomi a world of justice and knocked it out of the park with their story. I can't imagine it as being any better than it was. It wasn't always smiles and laughter, some of it was tears and ugliness, but it was real- and that's what I love about LLV's books. And that's why this one gets 5 huge stars from me!!!
