What a sweet and hot little story to introduce a new author! I always love finding new gems to read, so when Alexa Riley recommended this one, I jumped aboard.
Jackson and Maggie are almost too sweet for words- him a sexy, bachelor goat farmer, looking for a partner in love and life- even if he didn’t know it. And Maggie, a very down on her luck young woman, recently graduated from college with an art degree that isn’t doing her any good- not to mention, having a sleaze of an ex who stole her belongings and left her penniless. Match made in heaven, right?
Well, lucky for us, Maggie’s Mama Jane thought so and wove her magic to bring these two together. What follows is a very romantic, yet spicy, tale of love that is wonderful. You see these two fall head over heels with one another, all while working through their own issues and learning who they really are.
They have adversaries to overcome, and even some ugliness from the past, but Ms. Knox gives a beautiful HEA at the end. Highly recommended.
