There isn't a whole lot that's more taboo than student and teacher. And if that's what you're looking for- and want it dirty to boot, then you want it from Madison Faye! This woman is as dirty as you can imagine!!
When I first discovered her books, I knew that she was going to be one of my go-to's, because she didn't hold back when it came to the hot and heavy. However, I wasn't sure how she would be able to handle a subject matter such as Tempest and Christian's though. Alas, I shouldn't have worried, because she did a fabulous job. She took two unlikely lovers, and made a beautiful couple. Two people who shouldn't have been attracted to one another, who shouldn't have come together- did. Not just for a quick, good time- but for a lifelong commitment to one another. They found their other halves.
While I can certainly see how some readers may shy away from, or even flat out refuse this type of book- I didn't. Other than extremely dark reads, I am usually up for the challenge of new material- especially the taboo. So, I jumped in feet first, and am so glad I took the plunge.
Tempest was the calm to Christian's storm, whereas he was the savior to her broken fairytale. Like I said- they were a perfect, yet unlikely pair. There was nothing about this book that didn't deserve every minute I spent with it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, hot and dirty read!!
